Training
and Support 
DecisionFX, Inc. plans to offer training and support activities associated with their software products and the methods employed therein. We plan to offer training sessions on risk assessent (with hands-on use of RiskFX), groundwater analysis and monitor well network design (with hands-on use of GroundwaterFX), soil sampling network design (with hands-on use of SamplingFX), and decision analysis methods (with hands-on use of BenefitsFX). Training sessions will be scheduled late in 1999, and will be updated on this web page.
DecisionFX also plans to offer several types of software support. Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) pages on the Internet, email query/response, support services contracts, hot-line help, and other possible methods of supporting our customers to make sure they get the most from our products to meet their needs.
